DOMESTIC ORDERS
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping, and come with a tracking number. Shipping prices are calculated based on order weight and shipping location within the US.
- Domestic shipping usually takes up to 3-10 days to reach its US destination. Please keep in mind that shipping time can vary, as USPS has been experiencing delays.
- We do not hold responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost care of USPS. If this is the case for you, please email hello@beetleinkco.com and we will work with you to reach a solution.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At the moment, we are not shipping internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience!
- ALL ORDERS will be sent to the address shown on the invoice. Please insure your address is correct and current on your order. Misdirected mail, as a result of customer error, will be redirected upon return. Customers are responsible for re-shipment postage costs. Packages delivered to erroneous addresses, as a result of mis-entered information, are not the responsibility of the seller. If this is the case for you, please email hello@beetleinkco.com and we will work with you to reach a solution.
We hope you love your order, but should you have a problem please contact us via email within 48 hours of order receipt. Due to the risks of COVID-19, we are unable to receive returns at this time. Refunds are not available for Custom Orders.
- All items are handmade and therefore may slightly vary from one another. As is the nature and charm of handmade goods!
